Energy and environmental solutions

The company built and commissioned a “192 kW Grid Roof Photovoltaic System” on the roofs of the existing commercial buildings.
Photovoltaic installation (PVT) is intended to cover the own needs of electricity and to sale surplus if any. High-efficiency monocrystalline silicon modules are used for solar energy conversion.

The energy they receive is converted by a specialized inverter into alternating current and injected into the enterprise’s energy distribution network. “Solvex Cosmetic Products” power plant covers between 15% and 35% of the company’s monthly electricity needs. Surplus generated on non-working days is diverted into the national electricity grid for sale.

An expansion with a capacity of 308 kW of the Solvex Cosmetic Products photovoltaic plant is planned in order to produce a larger amount of electricity for the company’s needs.

The company has its own pumping facility which is fed by two boreholes for water extraction. The facility provides the necessary water quantities for domestic sanitary needs of the enterprise. The pumping station is equipped with a chlorination system, ensuring the quality of borehole water for drinking, domestic and industrial purposes.

Before being used in the cosmetic products, the water goes through additional treatment. For this purpose two reverse osmosis water softening and desalination facilities have been installed. After this treatment the water reaches parameters lower than 0.1 °dH and 5 μS.
